REACTION FILM, HYDROGEN PRODUCING APPARATUS AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction film being used in hydrogen production by partially oxidizing a hydrocarbon and especially being inexpensive and having durability.

SOLUTION: The reaction film 10 is used in hydrogen production by partially oxidizing the hydrocarbon. The reaciton film 10 has a metal sheet 20 formed with holes 22, porous carriers 15 held on the metal sheet 20 and granular catalysts 12 held on the porous carriers 15. The porous carriers 15 are arranged at least in the holes 22. The catalysts 12 accelerate a partial oxidation reaction.
