<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt the miniaturization of a driver, an LED array, an LED head, and an image forming device which equips them by planning the miniaturization of a light emitting element in a perpendicular direction to the arraying direction of the light emitting elements. <P>SOLUTION: This driver, which time division drives a plurality of light emitting elements arrayed at an equal interval in an approximate linear line and which has a longitudinal shape in the arraying direction of the plurality of the light emitting elements is equipped with data terminals DATA13 to DATA0 which input data indicating the flashing information of the plurality of the light emitting elements, a clock terminal CLK which inputs a clock signal to synchronize the transfer timing of the data to the plurality of the light emitting elements, and power source terminals VDD7 to VDD9 which drive the plurality of the light emitting elements.
