PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display and a manufacturing method of the organic EL display, without a fear that foreign substances dent by a shock of dividing so that an upper part wiring and a lower part wiring are in contact with each other and electrically conducted, upon dividing one composed by laminating an organic EL element substrate having an overhead crossing between wirings, and a sealing substrate, when foreign substances are on a wiring layer having the overhead crossing. SOLUTION: The organic EL display includes a substrate, a plurality of organic EL elements formed on the substrate, an organic EL element substrate with a plurality of wirings formed for driving the organic EL elements, a sealing substrate for sealing the organic EL element substrate, and adhesive adhering the organic EL element substrate and the sealing substrate. The sealing substrate includes a first concave part at a position corresponding to a region where the wirings cubically cross on a frame of the organic EL element substrate.
