PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint having an adapter easily connecting a resin pipe made of a polyolefine resin to a dissimilar pipe different from its resin pipe, while reducing manufacturing cost, by facilitating installation with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A joint body 11 has an insertion hole 16 for inserting the resin pipe 15 on one end, and has an adapter insertion hole 18 for inserting an adapter 17 on the other end. A first cap 21 is connected to one end of the joint body 11, and a second cap 22 is connected to the other end. A slipping-out preventive ring 27 for preventing slipping-out of the resin pipe 15 is sandwiched between the one end of the joint body 11 and the first cap 21. The dissimilar pipe 36 is connected to an outer end part of the adapter 17. An engaging part 37 is arranged in an outer peripheral part of the adapter 17, and is constituted so as to prevent the slipping-out by engaging with a locking part 34 arranged in an inner peripheral part of the second cap 22.
