PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of fitting a lower part of a pile head cap into an upper end part of a pile, moving and tilting the lower part of the pile head cap in every direction for an upper end opening of the pile for installation by making an upper face of the pile head cap horizontal, and preventing the pile head cap from shaking for the pile unstably. SOLUTION: This supporting structure of the pile 10 and the superstructure is constituted by fitting the lower part having a conical or truncated cone or partial spherical shape of the pile head cap 20 into an upper end part of the cylindrical pile 10 and supporting the superstructure on an upper face of a lid plate 22 of the pile head cap 20. A fall prevention tool 70 is fixed at the outer periphery on an upper end side of the pile 10, and a lower face of the lid plate 22 of the pile head cap 20 is held by three bolts 73 screwed into the body 70A of the fall prevention tool 70 and protruding upward or more.
