PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print medium supplying device which can be adapted to a plurality of roll sheets different in internal diameters of cylindrical bodies by only inserting an attachment to a main shaft and removing it therefrom. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with the main shaft 41 in which an attachment part 415 with the circumferential face set nearly equal to the smallest cylindrical body internal diameter among the roll sheets 31 estimated to be attached is formed; and a first attachment 47a of a doughnut shape which has an inner circumferential face nearly equal to the outer circumferential face of the attachment part 415, also has an outer circumferential face larger than the outer circumferential face of the attachment part 415 and nearly equal to the cylindrical body internal diameter of one of the roll sheets 31 estimated to be attached, and is annularly set to be insertable and removable to the outer circumferential face of the attachment part 415 of the main shaft 41.
