PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device for labels equipped with a new mechanism capable of suppressing the dislocation of a laminate film with respect to a label likely to be generated when the two are affixed together. SOLUTION: The laminating device for labels is structured so that when a lock part 12 is attached to a rotary shaft 13 in which a laminate small roll 11 is set, a flat plate part 48 (including a hook 44) of the lock part 12 is interposed in the range from the rotary shaft 13 to a pair of pressure rollers 14 and 15 and the range from the pressure rollers 14 and 15 to an outlet 5. In the whole range from an insertion opening 4 to the pressure rollers 14 and 15, a long guide rib 21 and short guide rib 22 of the body case 2 will be facing a long guide rib 45 and short guide rib 46 of the lock part 12a, so as to form a guide path 102.
