PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device for a vehicle storing a return spring of a throttle pipe rotatably inserted in a handle pipe in the throttle pipe. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an annular slider 60 capable of sliding in an axial direction in the handle pipe 40, a guide pin 61 provided on an outer circumference of the slider 60, a compression coil spring 27 elastically repulsing the slider 60 in one direction, a first long hole 41 formed along the axial direction of the handle pipe 40, and a second long hole 51 formed at the throttle pipe 50 and inclined to the first long hole 41 at a designated angle. The guide pin 61 is simultaneously inserted through the first long hole 41 and the second long hole 51, and the slider 60 between the handle weight 26 and the handle pipe 40 slides in the axial direction by a resisting elastic repulsion force of the compression coil spring 27 accompanied by the rotary action of the throttle pipe 50.
