PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for improving the strength of a display panel against a pressure from the outside in an imaging device equipped with a display panel. SOLUTION: This imaging device is configured of: a display panel (2); a holding member (4) for receiving the display panel (2); and a casing (1) in which the display panel is arranged and an opening for a panel from which the display part of the display panel is faced outward is formed, wherein projecting parts (4a, 4b, 4c, 4g) are formed at a plurality of parts of the holding member (4) for receiving the display panel (2).
