The invention relates to a clip device (10) for a heavy duty vehicle (100), comprising a first leg (12) and a second leg (14) for clamping the device onto a flange (16) of a heavy vehicle frame rail (18), the clip device (10) being adapted to be retained by means of internal spring force of the clip device (10) when the first leg (12) and the second leg (14) are situated on opposite sides (24, 26) of the flange (16) and abut the flange (16) during influence of said internal spring force, the clip device (10) further comprising a means (30) for suspension of at least one conduit (32). Between the flange (16) and at least one of the legs (12, 14) at least two contact areas (70a, 70b) spaced apart by a significant distance (74) are provided at the same leg (12, 14).
