A method for processing an application form is provided to prevent input of a new application form when the application form is returned by returning a conventional inputted application form through an input hole. A method for processing an application form includes the following steps of: initializing sensors of an application form processing unit(S100); performing input and return operation of the application form in an identical part; queuing the inputted application form through an input part(S200); performing automatic alignment and scanning of the inputted application form(S300); transferring image data of the application form to a control part(S400); and determining a state of the transferred image data(S500).
