A structure for installing a case in a ceiling and a ceiling type air conditioner having the structure are provided to selectively fasten or release combining members combined with anchor bolts to easily adjust horizontality of the ceiling type air conditioner. A structure for installing a case of a ceiling type air conditioner in a ceiling includes a case, an anchor bolt setting member(30), an elastic member(60) and a combining member(80). The anchor bolt setting member is protruded from the inner side of the case such that an anchor bolt(54) set on the ceiling is inserted a hole of the main body of the air conditioner. The elastic member is combined with the anchor bolt to provide elasticity. The combining member is combined with the anchor bolt and presses the elastic member or cancel pressures applied to the elastic member to adjust the height of the case. |
