A method for determining an integral ambiguity is provided to perform successive navigation performance by using integral ambiguity difference between a reference center and a neighboring base center. A method for determining an integral ambiguity includes the following steps of: determining integral ambiguity difference of base centers; recognizing a present reference center where a user belongs; determining integral ambiguity difference between the user and the reference center where the user belongs; and determining integral ambiguity difference of users and the reference center by using determined integral ambiguity difference in case the reference station in which the user belongs is changed.
