<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reverse rotation of an internal combustion engine when the rotation of the internal combustion engine is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine device calculates a zero reaching prediction time tz as a predicted time in which the engine speed Ne reaches zero using average engine speed difference ΔNeav based on the engine speed Ne (S140-S160), outputs a torque for reducing rotation from a motor MG1 when the calculated zero reaching prediction time tz is larger than a predetermined time tzref (S180, S130), and outputs a torque for stopping from the motor MG1 after the zero reaching prediction time tz gets to the predetermined time tzref (S180, S200) or lower. Thereby, the engine speed Ne can be smoothly reduced, and the reverse rotation of the engine can be restrained irrespective of the magnitude of the change rate of the engine speed Ne. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
