PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle stop device for use in an unmanned parking garage, hard to be caught in the bottom of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle stop device 1 includes a vehicle stop plate 14 and a driving means 12 for driving the vehicle stop plate 14, wherein a rotor 31 disposed along the leading edge 22 of the vehicle stop plate 14 is provided on at least part of the vicinity of the leading edge 22.
