PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guy anchor which enables a resistance plate and an anchor body connected to the resistance plate to be concurrently removed from under the ground without being disassembled from each other, after a heavy load imposed on the resistance plate is eliminated in the drawing of the guy anchor; and to provide a drawing method for the guy anchor. SOLUTION: This guy anchor 1 comprises: the anchor body A which is composed of supporting rods 3 and 3 having upper ends connected to guys, and a base plate 2 undergoing the connection of the lower ends of the supporting rods 3 and 3; and the resistance plate B which is attached to the anchor body A via the supporting rods 3 and 3 so as to exert resistance to the drawing load of the anchor body A. In the method for drawing the guy anchor 1 from under the ground, an upper end of a drawing member C, the lower end of which is connected to an upper portion of the resistance plate B and the upper end of which is exposed on a ground surface, is pulled up; and the guy anchor is pulled out while the resistance plate B expanded under the ground is contracted.
