DEODORIZATION METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization method and a deodorization apparatus capable of efficiently carrying out deodorization with economical equipment using electrolytic hypochlorous acid water obtained by electrolyzing an aqueous sodium chloride solution.

SOLUTION: The deodorization apparatus comprises a deodorization tank 20 for storing electrolytic hypochlorous acid water obtained by electrolyzing an aqueous sodium chloride solution or seawater, a fine bubble nozzle 24 installed in the deodorization tank 20 for jetting air in form of very small bubbles, and a ventilation fan 40 for sending air containing malodor-containing air to the fine bubble nozzle 24.
