<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water feeding device and a water feeding system capable of performing communication of data without increasing a working time. <P>SOLUTION: The water feeding device 1 is provided with a pump device 10 connected to a connection pipe 5 branched from a water receiving tank I and having a control board 12 having a pump unit 11 and a USB port 28a; and a communication device 40 having a USB port 28a.
