<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition capable of improving the yield and the process efficiency, and a pattern forming method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition comprises (a) 5 to 45 pts.wt. of a polymer resin, (b) 5 to 45 pts.wt. of a tackifier, and (c) 50 to 90 pts.wt. of an organic solvent.
