PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actively use a message storing service, irrespective of the current situation of a recipient, by an originator's will, and to make the recipient know without a delay that a message addressed to the recipient has been stored. SOLUTION: A service for message originator can be specified so that even if a mobile communication terminal device 120 on a recipient side is in a state where it can immediately perform communication when a message is transmitted from a mobile communication terminal device 110 on an originator side, the message is temporarily stored in a message storing box 210 of a telephone answering service contracted by a subscriber A as the originator of the message, and the message is delivered to the mobile communication terminal device 120 on the recipient side at timing intended by the originator A.
