PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter where a moving sheet moves optionally in longitudinal and lateral directions along a surface. SOLUTION: The printed matter includes the moving sheet, a longitudinal driving sheet and a lateral driving sheet or the like. The moving sheet is arranged so that its surface can move while facing the surface of the longitudinal driving sheet and the other surface can move while facing the surface of the lateral driving sheet. In the longitudinal driving sheet and the lateral driving sheet, a plurality of electrode wires are arranged in parallel with each other in a direction going along the facing surface, and the plurality of electrode wires are integrated and connected to three systems in arrangement order so as to provide terminals of three systems. The longitudinal driving sheet and the lateral driving sheet are arranged so that the directions of the electrode wires may be perpendicular. Charge in accordance with electrode potential is induced on the surface of the moving sheet, and electrostatic power is generated between the induced charge and the electrode potential, thus the moving sheet moves by generated electrostatic power.
