PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a ceiling interior material by eliminating a base material without deteriorating an appearance quality while providing a vacuum heat insulation structure. SOLUTION: This ceiling interior material 20 arranged on cabin interior side of a roof panel 10 of a vehicle S comprises a core material 30 made of a heat insulating material, a film material 40A laminated on the cabin exterior side of the core material 30, and a sheet material 40B laminated on the cabin interior side of the core material 30. The core material 30 is vacuum packed by the film material 40A and the sheet material 40B.
