PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film obtained by bonding a polyolefinic multilayered film and a base material film through a polyurethane adhesive layer, and having superior antistatic properties, interlaminar bonding properties and heat sealability at the same time even in case that the laminated film is kept at a relatively high temperature of 45°C or above. SOLUTION: In the laminated film obtained by bonding the polyolefinic multilayered film and the base material film through the polyurethane adhesive layer, the polyolefinic multilayered film is molded by a coextrusion method and, as at least one film layer not adjacent to the polyurethane adhesive layer, a film layer formed of a polyolefinic resin composition is provided. The polyolefinic resin composition is obtained by containing 0.05-3 mass% of a specific nonionic surfactant and a specific organic sulfonate in a polyolefinic resin in total so that both of them show a ratio of 30/70<nonionic surfactant/organic sulfonate (mass ratio)<60/40.
