PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a crushing machine which has a simple constitution, operates a vibrating feeder and a crusher stably, and enhances the crushing efficiency, and to provide a control method of a crushing machine. SOLUTION: The control device of the crushing machine is provided with a crusher 4, a vibrating feeder 5, a first hydraulic motor 4a as a driving source of the crusher 4 and a second hydraulic motor 5a as a driving source of the vibrating feeder 5. It is further provided with a driving pressure detection means 2 to detect the driving pressure of the first hydraulic motor 4a, a first limitation means 1a to restrict the ceiling value of the hydraulic oil flow rate supplied into the second hydraulic motor 5a to a first ceiling value when the driving pressure becomes the first pressure or more and a first limitation releasing means 1b to release the limitation of the first ceiling value when the driving pressure at the time of limitation of the hydraulic oil flow rate by the first limitation means 1a becomes less than a second pressure which is lower than the first pressure.
