PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an issue that, though many methods are executed relating to facial cosmetic methods, they are centered on skin care to expect maintenance of the status quo or temporary recovery and cannot be substantial improvement of the skin. SOLUTION: By dipping a face into carbon dioxide hot water with 500 ppm or higher carbon dioxide concentration at a temperature not lower than 30°C for 5 minutes or longer, blood flow in the capillary under the skin is improved to activate metabolism of the skin. The capillary is expected to be developed to the skin and causes to lasting improvement of the skin if the dipping is continued every day. The method and appliance for wearing the mask shape vessel allowing breathing by the mouth or the nose so as to easily bathe the face by the high concentration carbon dioxide hot water, pouring the high carbon dioxide hot water therein, keeping a condition wherein the surface skin of the face is directly in contact with the high concentration carbon dioxide hot water for 5 minutes or longer, and allowing to use in a reclining state are proposed.
