GATE IN PANEL TYPE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A panel structure liquid crystal display which is a gate for preventing the increase of current consumption is provided to prevent signal delay of a gate wiring by preventing parasitic capacity formation. A gate line and a data line(128) define a pixel area. A thin film transistor is connected to the gate line and data line. A pixel electrode is connected to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor. A plurality of clock lines(118) formed in the signal input part are extended to a pad unit. A plurality of connection lines connected to the gate driving circuit is overlapped with a plurality of clock lines. A gate connection pattern is contacted with the plurality of clock lines and overlapped connection wirings. A common electrode is patterned on the active area except for the signal input unit on the inner side of the second substrate.
