A low power digital driving device of a portable AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) is provided to reduce power consumption of a data driver by selectively switching a power supply according to a change of an image data. A digital driving device includes a data driver(300). The data driver includes an internal DC-DC converter(310), a frame memory(320), a latch part(330), a data comparator(340), an inverter(350), and a switch(360). The frame memory stores an image data. The latch part latches the image data of the frame memory. The data comparator compares a value of the latched image data with a value of a previous image data. The inverter inverts an output of the latch part, and supplies the inverted output to one terminal of a transistor of each pixel. The switch selectively supplies a power to the inverter. |
