<p>A base station of a DECT system and a method for expanding channel capacity of the same are provided to enable a user to use a channel efficiently since the user does not need to set up an additional channel for a dummy bearer. A control unit of a BS copies a dummy bearer signal to a traffic bearer that is created most recently(S2), and transmits the dummy bearer signal(S4). The controller judges whether or not another traffic bearer exists(S6). If another traffic bearer exists, the controller generates a dummy bearer signal to an empty slot(S7).</p> |
