A sediment removing apparatus for a ballast tank of a ship is provided to reduce the precipitate inside the tank by movement of a hose by hydraulic pressure. A sediment removing apparatus for a ballast tank of a ship comprises a ballast piping(111) which is installed along a ballast tank, a main piping(112) which is branched from the ballast piping, an auxiliary piping(122) which is branched from the main piping and is installed in each tank having the laminating structure in the ballast tank, plural flexible hoses(140) which are installed along the auxiliary piping of each wing tank and move freely according to the hydraulic pressure flowing in through the auxiliary piping, and a nozzle which is installed in one end of the hose and removes the precipitate piled up inside the wing tank.
