A nano membrane liposome which is formed at external angle of the liposome for maintaining the validity of active ingredient for a long time is provided to block inside of particle and form emulsification particle. A nano membrane liposome is obtained by forming prepolymer membrane in outer wall of liposome. The nano membrane liposome comprises oil phase part, water phase part, and hardening agent which disperses or hardens membrane. The oil phase part comprises phospholipid, bioactive material, squalene, tri(caprylic, capric acid) glycerin, and dimethicone. The water phase part comprises purified water, glycerin, and butylenes glycol. The hardening agent comprises Acacia Senegal gum and ethylene glycol. A method for manufacturing nano membrane liposome comprises: a step of cooling liposome at 45-50°C, and generating phospholipid liposome; a step of adjusting at 40-45°C, adding melamine copolymer, stirring at 50-150rpm for ten minutes to form melamine membrane on the surface of liposome; a step of adding the hardening agent and stirring at 50-80rpm for 15 minutes; and a step of filtering at 200 mesh and removing coagulation of melamine copolymer.
