<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transit from a PWM control to a PAM control, by setting a voltage value, which is a condition for transition from the PWM control to the PAM control depending on situations of a motor means. <P>SOLUTION: An air compressor 1 has a control means 5 performing a control of the motor means 4 by using the PAM control and the PWM control.
