LIGHT PERMEABLE ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELD FILM, FILTER FOR DISPLAY USING IT, AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion of a polyester film which is a base material and a metal pattern layer in a light permeable electromagnetic wave shield film having the metal pattern layer capable of obtaining a highly conductive and high definition mesh pattern at a low cost and directly and uniformly applying and forming a function layer.

SOLUTION: The light permeable electromagnetic shield film has the metal pattern layer for which a laminated film is provided on at least one surface of a polyester film and a metal layer is worked in a pattern shape on the laminated film. The metal layer is formed on the laminated film of the polyester film by a gas phase film forming method. The main components of the laminated film are a polyester resin having a carboxylic acid group in a side chain and a melamine-based cross-linking agent.
