PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit of a vehicle for appropriately controlling braking/driving force according to a drive situation. SOLUTION: The control unit includes an SBW-ECU 4 controlling breaking/driving force of a vehicle by changing a shift range and determining at least either an accident avoidance behavior avoiding an accident or an occurrence of the accident; and an acceleration operation detection means 22 detecting an acceleration operation accelerating the vehicle. When the SBW-ECU 4 determines at least either the accident avoidance behavior avoiding the accident or the occurrence of the accident, and the detection means 22 detects the acceleration operation, the SBW-ECU 4 determines a false acceleration operation and controls the breaking/driving force so as to decelerate the vehicle by changing the shift range into a neutral range N and a parking range P.
