SOLAR CELL AND SOLAR CELL ALUMINUM PASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solar cell aluminum paste to be used to form a thin aluminum electrode which can prevent the deformation such as warping of a silicon substrate during firing while guaranteeing a high BSF effect with less application quantity.

SOLUTION: The solar cell aluminum paste comprises mixed aluminum power which is prepared by mixing small-particle-size aluminum powder having D50 of particle size distribution based on a laser diffraction method being 3μm or smaller and the ratio (D10/D90) of D10 to D90 being≥0.2 and large-particle-size aluminum powder having D50 two-six times the D50 of the small-particle-size aluminum powder and the D10/D90 being≥0.2.
