<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic performance presentation system and an aseismic performance presentation method, for easily presenting an evaluation result for aseismic performance of a dwelling house to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: In the aseismic performance presentation system, building information and geographic information of the dwelling house are input through an input means 14, and an evaluation means 16 extracts data corresponding to the building information and geographic information input through the input means 14 from building structural data D1 and ground data D2 which are preliminarily stored in a storage means 15. The evaluation means 16 analyzes, based on each data, deforming state of the dwelling house in earthquake and ground diagnosis of the construction site using earthquake wave data D3 stored in the storage means 15, and an evaluation result for building aseismic performance and a result of ground diagnosis are presented to the customer in the form of a diagnostic report 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
