PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle electric motor that prevents leakage of electromagnetic noise while suppressing an increase in size, weight, and costs of an electric-motor unit. SOLUTION: A vehicle electric motor mounted on a vehicle is provided with a conduction means for electrically connecting between a laminate core constituting a stator, and an electric-motor casing made conductive with a vehicle-body ground, or a mounting bolt made conductive with the electric-motor casing and used for fixing the laminate core to the electric-motor casing. The conduction means may be, for example, (1) a coil spring arranged around the mounting bolt, (2) a conductive adhesive applied between the laminate core and the electric-motor casing, (3) a raised part formed on the electric-motor casing, (4) a leaf spring inserted between the laminate core and the electric-motor casing, or (5) a leaf spring inserted between the laminate core and the mounting bolt.
