PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of keeping an adequate level of oil with an inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is composed of an outdoor unit 21 comprising an invertor compressor 1 having a first overflow pipe 27 at an adequate oil level height, and a constant-speed compressor 2 having a second overflow pipe 28 at an adequate oil level height, and a plurality of indoor units 26, and has an invertor compressor-side overflow circuit 16 connected with a suction pipe 30 of the constant-speed compressor 2 from the first overflow pipe 27 through a first solenoid valve 14 and a first capillary tube 15, and a constant-speed compressor-side overflow circuit 19 connected with a suction pipe 29 of the invertor compressor 1 from the second overflow pipe 28 through a second solenoid valve 17 and a second capillary tube 18, and the first and second solenoid valves 14, 17 are periodically opened and closed on the basis of an accumulated operation time, thus the oil level can be adequately kept by supplying the oil from the compressor of the other system even when the oil level falls below the adequate oil level, with the inexpensive constitution.
