PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc type steam trap capable of increasing pressure of a primary side annular groove of an outlet hole, outlet passages and communicating holes in a short time, when opening a valve. SOLUTION: A pressure change chamber 6 is formed between a valve seat member 4 and a cover member 5 by installing the cover member 5 via the valve seat member 4 in a body 3 having an inlet 1 and an outlet 2. A valve disc 9 is arranged in the pressure change chamber 6. The valve seat member 4 includes: an inlet passage 15 opening in the center of the pressure change chamber 6 and communicating from the inlet 1 side; the annular groove 16 opening on the outer periphery of the inlet passage 15; an inner ring valve seat 7 formed between the inlet passage 15 and the annular groove 16; an outer ring valve seat 8 formed on the outer periphery of the annular groove 16; the three outlet passages 17 opening in the annular groove 16; the outlet hole 18 opening in the outlet 2, with the fluid passing area larger than the total fluid passing area of the three outlet passages 17; and the three communicating holes 19 communicating the outlet passages 17 with the outlet hole 18, with the fluid passing area smaller than the respective fluid passing areas of the three outlet passages 17.
