PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for detecting an electric field intensity, simply detecting the electric field intensity equal to or stronger than prescribed level. SOLUTION: The device for detecting the electric field intensity comprises: a radio wave receiving circuit 1 for receiving the radio wave radiated from a generation source of electromagnetic field using a plurality of nondirectional antennas 1a, 1b and 1c; a radio wave composite circuit 2 for synthesizing radio waves received by the plurality of nondirectional antennas 1a, 1b and 1c; an intensity detection circuit 6 for detecting the intensity of the radio wave synthesized by the radio wave synthesizer circuit 2; and a lamp lighting circuit 7 for lighting an LED lamp 9 if the intensity of the radio wave detected by the intensity detection circuit 6 is stronger than the specified level.
