PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sloshing suppressing device with a simple structure, suppressing the sloshing at a low cost by effectively absorbing the oscillation energy by seismic waves or the like. SOLUTION: The sloshing suppressing device 1 for suppressing the sloshing of liquid 3 in a storing container 2 is equipped with: a plate-like floating body 12 floating on the level of the liquid 3; and a synchronization type oscillation system 13 having a spring 17 expanded in an elastically expanding manner in a direction substantially parallel to a surface, and a weight 18 mounted at least on one end of the spring 17.
