PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intravascular aggregate collecting device capable of precisely collecting and separating foreign matters such as the broken pieces of plaque or a thrombus, generated in a surgery for removing the atheroma plaque or the thrombus in a blood vessel, from blood, so as to efficiently remove the foreign matters. SOLUTION: The intravascular aggregation collecting device includes; a braid body layer 2a which is composed of monofilaments and arranged on the outer side surface of a flexible base tube body 1; and a monofilament bundle which is successively arranged forward from the front end position of the base tube body 1 and obtained by unbraiding the braid body 2a.
