A wide-viewing angle liquid crystal display device for improving the viewing angle characteristics of a diagonal direction is provided to conform the optical axis of the light which is income to the second polarizer with the absorption axis of the second polarizer with the change of the polarization feature. A first polarizing plate(250) and a second polarizer(260) polarize light inputted with the liquid crystal panel. The first voice C- film is formed between the liquid crystal panel and the first polarizer. The first voice C- film changes the polarization state of the light which is income. The first positivity A-film is formed between the first voice C- film and liquid crystal panel. The first positivity A- film changes the polarization state of the light. It is equipped between the liquid crystal panel and the second polarizer. The polarization state of the light in which the second voice C- film is income is changed.
