A fork operation fluid device for a forklift truck is provided to simplify the carriage structure by reducing number of hydraulic cylinder. A fork operation fluid device for a forklift truck comprises: a left fork operating unit(11) consisting of two ports, supplying or discharging the hydraulic fluid with only right and left ports of a left hydraulic cylinder(40); a right fork operating unit(12) consisting of two ports supplying or discharging the hydraulic fluid with only right and left ports of a right hydraulic cylinder(50); and a side shift operating unit(13) consisting of two port in order to make the left and right hydraulic cylinder operate to the identical direction, supplying or discharging the hydraulic fluid to the right and left ports of the right and left hydraulic cylinders. |
