A system for cleaning and cooling a solar power generator is provided to maximize energy efficiency by stopping water sprayed on a surface of a light concentrating panel after sensing around wind speed. Water sprayed on a surface of a light concentrating panel(120) is stopped in case a present wind speed is more than a set wind speed after sensing around wind speed. The water sprayed on the surface of the light concentrating panel is stopped in case the wind blows into an opposite direction of a water sprayed direction after sensing around wind direction. The water sprayed on the surface of the light concentrating panel is stopped in case a water temperature is more than a set reference temperature value. The water is sprayed on the surface of the light concentrating panel in case a surface temperature of the light concentrating panel is more than a set reference temperature value. The water inside a water supply pipe(191) is discharged into a discharge pipe in case an outdoor air temperature is lower than a temperature in which the water inside the water supply pipe is frozen. |
