<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of firing a ceramic molding by which warpage or deformation of the plate-like ceramic molding having projecting parts formed on the upper surface of a planar part is prevented, crack does not occur and the surface is finely finished and the plate-like ceramic molding formed preferably using the firing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the ceramic firing method carried out so that a ceramic holding body B comprising a base 12, the ceramic molding 8 and a press plate 14 is structured by placing the ceramic molding 8 having the projecting parts 8c formed from the planar part 8a on the base 12, and arranged to overlap the press plate 14 on the ceramic molding 8 placed on the base 12, and is arranged in a furnace to be heated to fire the ceramic molding 8 inserted between the base 12 and the press plate 14, a spacer is provided between the planar surface part 8a and the press plate 14 to prevent the projecting parts 8c from being directly brought into contact with the under surface of the press plate 14 when the press plate 14 is arranged above the ceramic molding 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
