<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of stably creating frozen sperms in all kinds of pigs in order to create the frozen sperms and popularize artificial insemination using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The technique enables the frozen sperms better than those obtained by conventional methods to be prepared, based on the findings that frozen sperms freed of seminal plasma maintain high motility after thawed, conception efficiency is lowered because the sperms just after thawed change into fertilizable sperms, and when seminal plasma is added to the thawed frozen sperms freed of seminal plasma, an acrosome reaction is inhibited, and conception rate is raised. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
