PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor circuit capable of preventing a too-high overshooting voltage from occurring at an output terminal when a power supply is connected thereto. SOLUTION: The temperature circuit is provided with; a short-circuiting means 100 which is disposed along with a depletion mode NMOS 4 of a conventional temperature sensor circuit 400 and short-circuits the drain and source of the depletion mode NMOS 4; and a delay means 200 for transmitting a signal to the short-circuiting means 100, which is used for the short-circuiting for a certain period from the timing of connecting to the power supply. Therefore, the depletion mode NMOS 4 is short-circuited when connecting to the power supply, whereby the voltage at the output terminal 7 of a temperature sensor circuit 300 is prevented from overshooting.
