PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament delivery instrument for the painless puncture of the skin for the effective and efficient wide-ranging transdermal delivery of medicaments. SOLUTION: This medicament delivery instrument has a base part and many projecting members formed over its surface. Each projecting member comprises a column part erected on the base part at a first angle nearly perpendicular to the base part, and its top end in the shape of a nearly square drill that is connected to the column part's top face at a second angle smaller than the first angle.
