<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which is filled with contents such as wet tissue after a lid label is attached to the extraction mouth of the packaging container, and which prevents the lid label from being peeled off naturally during the storage of the product. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container includes: a container body that has an extraction mouth; and the lid label composed of a sealing label that has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side of a sealing base material layer and an opening label that has a re-peelable/re-attachable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side of an opening base material layer and is laid over the sealing label. The lid label is stuck to the packaging container so as to cover the extraction mouth. The lid label is affixed to the container body by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The sealing base material layer is provided with a cutting line formed within an area opposite takeout the outlet.
