摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue strength improvement working method of a crankshaft capable of improving strength of an end part of a pin shaft through-hole by uniformly applying plastic working on these portions and its working device. <P>SOLUTION: Working rolls 6a, 6a with surfaces formed concave are jointed to the end of the pin shaft through-hole 5 of a crank throw 1 with axial cores obliquely crossing an axial direction of the pin shaft through-hole 5 through a strut material 13. A back-up roll 11a rotatably abutting on the pin shaft periphery and connected to a jack 14 is jointed with the working rolls 6a, 6a through the strut material, tension is introduced to the strut materials 13a, 13a by the jack 14, and the working rolls 6a, 6a are pressurized by pressing them on the end part of the pin shaft through-hole 5 in the shaft direction and relatively rotated to the crank throw 1, thus plastically deforming the end part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
